The last comple of seasons, Bill has been getting his feet wet in the fashion water parka world with his own signature no zip bull over designs. His urban, redneck, global expertise has brought about some of the best selling designs. This year, Bill dad some cookies with girl scouts, fell in love with a camp counselour, and fabricated an energy efficient bug zapper. Oh yeah back to the vest - made from a thicker 3mm material with greater padding for those untimely bails. The Coast Guard may not have approved it but Bill has given this vest his stamp of approval.
