ABOUT US: We are a family owned business run by Scott & Georgie Brown. We have been in business at our store location since 1993 and have operated our website since 2000. In the fall of 2004 we began new construction of our current 6750 square foot facility. In the Spring of 2007 we took over the entire facility (after renting a portion of this facility) and now house all of our products under one roof. SHIPPING: All products purchased from www.ridewatersports.com are shipped FedEx Ground. Your order will be shipped within one business day of placing your order. All products are shipped directly from RIDE THE WAVE unless you are notified differently. You should recieve a confirmation of your order and a FedEx tracking number within one business day of placing your order. If this does not happen for any reason, please contact us. Shipping charges will be in the amount of 9.00% of your total order with a minimum shipping charge of $9.00. These charges will appear on your final bill. All orders over $199.95 will receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING. Shipping amounts will be deducted from your final bill before your credit card is processed.
TAXES: Residents of Indiana must pay a 7% Indiana State Sales Tax effective April 1, 2008. Orders to other states will not be assessed this tax.
At RIDE THE WAVE we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event this is not the case we will gladly accept the return of Unused Merchandise, less the applicable shipping and handling charges, for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Apparel returns, including swimwear, wetsuits, and life jackets, will not be accepted if the products have been used or worn, and must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items which qualify for refunds will be refunded the amount of the purchase price less the shipping and handling charges. In the event this order has qualified for free shipping, all applicable shipping charges wil be deducted from the original purchase price. All sales are final on Special Ordered Items. NO RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FREIGHT COLLECT OR COD! Please use the following steps to return your unused items:
* Please call 1-866-490-7433 to receive your Return Authorization number (RA#). Returned items without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
* Include a copy of your Invoice or Statement.
* Please note the reason for your return.
