Welcome to RIDE THE WAVE, Indiana's largest water sports dedicated store. We carry the largest selection of wakeboards, water skis, kneeboards, towable tubes, SUP paddle boards, and water trampolines. We also carry an amazing selection of the water sports equipment you'll need when you're on the water, such as life jackets, kids life vests, neoprene vests, wakeboard and ski ropes, women's swimwear, boardshorts, wetsuits, clothing, watches, sunglasses, accessories, and much more.

We have a full range of towable tubes, wakeboards, wakesurfers, wakeskates, water skis, Slalom skis, water trampolines, kneeboards, wetsuits, swimwear, clothing, boardshorts, and more. We are constantly adding new products to our offerings and try to give our customers everything they will need to have fun on the water!

From Fort Wayne: Take I-69 North to Exit 350 (Lake James, Crooked Lake Exit) Turn Left, travel 1/2 mile The store is located on the right hand side of the road.

From Chicago: Take the 80/90 Toll Road East to I-69 South, travel approximately 8 miles to Exit 350 Turn Right, travel 1/2 mile The store is located on the right hand side of the road.

From Michigan: Take I-69 South approximately 13 miles south of the Indiana Michigan State Line to Exit 350 (Lake James, Crooked Lake Exit) Turn Right, travel 1/2 mile The store is located on the right hand side of the road.

From Ohio: Take the 80/90 Toll Road West to I-69 South, travel approximately 8 miles to Exit 350 Turn Right, travel 1/2 mile The store is located on the right hand side of the road.

ABOUT US:

We are a family owned business run by Scott & Georgie Brown. We have been in business at our store location since 1993 and have operated our website since 2000. In the fall of 2004 we began new construction of our current 6750 square foot facility. Our staff are all wakeboarders, water skiers and tubers and have many years of experience on the water. All of our staff have been trained about the products that we sell. If you do not get the answer that you want ask for Scott, we want you to get the correct information you need to make an informed decision before purchasing your products. SHIPPING:

All products purchased from www.ridewatersports.com are shipped FedEx Ground. Your order will be shipped within one business day of placing your order. All products are shipped directly from RIDE THE WAVE unless you are notified differently. You should recieve a confirmation of your order and a FedEx tracking number within one business day of placing your order. If this does not happen for any reason, please contact us. Shipping charges will be in the amount of 9.00% of your total order with a minimum shipping charge of $9.00. These charges will appear on your final bill. All orders over $99.00 will receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING. Shipping amounts will be deducted from your final bill before your credit card is processed. TAXES:

Residents of Indiana must pay a 7% Indiana State Sales Tax effective April 1, 2008. Orders to other states will not be assessed this tax.

RETURNS:

At RIDE THE WAVE we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event this is not the case we will gladly accept the return of Unused Merchandise, less the applicable shipping and handling charges, for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Apparel returns, including swimwear, wetsuits, and life jackets, will not be accepted if the products have been used or worn, and must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items which qualify for refunds will be refunded the amount of the purchase price less the shipping and handling charges. In the event this order has qualified for free shipping, all applicable shipping charges wil be deducted from the original purchase price. All sales are final on Special Ordered Items. NO RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FREIGHT COLLECT OR COD! Please use the following steps to return your unused items:

* Please call 1-866-490-7433 to receive your Return Authorization number (RA#). Returned items without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

* Include a copy of your Invoice or Statement.

* Please note the reason for your return.
