The New HOVR 2 is the newest couch style tube from O'Brien. The Pontoon design on the bottom of this shape allows you to skim around the water with ease. Since these pontoons lift you off of the water you have less contact with the water, less drag when on plane, and a wilder ride! The Neoprene Pad helps to protect you from rash burns. Another great new tube from O'Brien.
